The check-in and check-out process was seamless. I had requested a birthday cake last minute, but the conversation got cut off midway due to a lost internet connection, so we weren’t expecting it to be arranged. To our surprise, it was. And that thoughtful gesture truly made our stay more special and memorable. Huge thanks to the team for that! The food was absolutely incredible, easily a 1000/10, with a well-stocked buffet offering a wide variety of delicious options. The pool area was stunning, with perfect views to relax and unwind. They've definitely earned a repeater.

距離車站非常近，從車站出來走室內通道就能抵達，也不用擔心下雨的問題。我們第二天要坐車到怡保，住在這超方便。但是附近吃的不是太多，如果想吃特色菜要到小印度那邊，路不好走還是要打車。距離klcc和茨廠街都有點距離。房間比較大但是格局有點看不懂，到處都是鏡子……

I am a Hilton Honors member and would like to give a huge shout-out to Omar for his wonderful service in going the extra mile. He graciously accommodated my request to swap me to a slightly larger King Deluxe Lakeview Rm on my last night and arranged for a seamless transfer of my luggage to the new room when I was out. My wife and I truly appreciated the gesture and we had a very restful and comfortable stay. Kudos to Omar for embodying the great Hilton hospitality and service! Fantastic location with numerous public transport options (KTM/LRT/MRT). I didn't opt for breakfast as there were so many F&B options around

㨂左湖景房住兩晚，住11樓。景觀唔錯，但房間隔音一般。 健身房設施比較舊同少空間，相反游泳幾闊落，保養得唔錯。但早餐每朝都好多人食，坐到有d迫同refill 有d慢。 房間廁所乾濕分離，房間衞生都算乾淨，而且主要用活動門來分隔浴室同睡房位置，呢個設計唔錯👍🏻👍🏻 最主要係酒店係KLIA express 上蓋，全程室內可以行到酒店，去其他景店坐LRT , MRT都好方便，大讚🫶🏻

第一天到了就出去了（酒店安排的1008號房）晚上回來，夜裡11點準備洗澡，發現沒有熱水（水還出奇的臟，放浴缸的水發綠，我用毛巾裹著出水口，配圖）隨即聯繫前台，安排工作人員來房間檢查，熱水口水溫居然不足30度，説是讓我們等半小時，把水溫調到50度，結果等了一個小時，沒有回覆，也沒有解決水溫，又下樓跑到前台，溝通後發現衹有我們房間水溫有問題。又安排維修工返回我們房間，檢查後依舊如此。這一折騰已經夜裡1點了，返回前台溝通，讓酒店給我們換房間，於是安排維修工和我一同前往新房間（1308號房），檢查後熱水水溫為50度，便返回前台辦理手續，前前後後耽擱3小時，夜裡2點多才搬完行李洗上澡，也是醉了。這麼死板的處理方式，明明換房就解決了，拖了我3小時！差評。最後太累了，語言不通，解決問題也就懶得再和酒店説什麼了。這要在國內，真要抽空和他掰頭一下了

I stayed at this hotel from 15 to 17 September 2025..Unfortunately, my experience was not very pleasant. 1. The check-in process at the counter took quite a long time and was very slow. 2. During my stay, the hotel was doing repair works on the doors, and the noise from the repairs in other rooms was very disturbing. Overall, it was not a comfortable experience, and I hope the hotel can improve their service and scheduling of maintenance works to avoid disturbing guests.

Disappointing Stay For a 5-star hotel, the check-in system was very poorly managed. The process couldn’t handle large crowds, and I had to queue for about 30 minutes just to check in. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches in the bathroom during the night, which was shocking and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

조식은 4일 중에 한번 이용했고 맛있었습니다! 과일, 중식, 인도식이 대부분이었어요~! 일식도 조금 있습니다! 라시르막도 엄청 맛있었습니다! 룸 컨디션 - 밤에는 조금 어두운 편 - 호수뷰가 보였습니다 (너무 좋았어요) - 전체 불을 컨트롤 할 수 있는 버튼모음?이 없어서 조금 불편했어요! -청소도 깔끔하게 잘 해주셨습니다~ -1,000링깃 디파짓이 필요하며, 퇴실시 환불해주는데 2주 후 링깃으로 디파짓을 주시니 최대한 신용카드로 해놓으세요!

First time staying in Hilton hotel. Good service Upon check in. Near NU shopping mall and KLIA express. Breakfast has quite a variety. However, quite disappointed for a one night stay. Aircon turned hot in the middle of the night. Water dripping sound from the shower and faulty blind.
